Exercise is not punishment for eating a donut or getting your body "ready for summer". Exercise to me is about being physically and mentally able to partake in something short term i.e strength or endurance session and reaping the long-term benefits of strengthening the mind and body.

I became a qualified PT in 2020 because I wanted to help people who may have started out like me, unable to do a simple squat, even with a broomstick! I understand the struggles that come with living an active and healthy lifestyle, but I hope you can trust me as your coach when I say I also understand the struggle of being unactive and unhealthy.
In my experience, they are both just as hard as each other, I choose my hard daily and want to help others do the same.
I believe the 45-90minutes you spend in the gym should be about focusing on you, your mind and your body and that is what I want my clients to achieve.

My areas of interest are weight loss/lifestyle changes, strength and endurance training. I am currently partaking study in cert 4 nutrition as I believe nutrition plays a major role in health and fitness. I can't wait to add this service and, in the meantime, I can give advice or refer onto a nutritionist.
